Return Process

  Log in to your Kiğılı account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the original invoice or the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point using the pre-paid shipping label provided in your return request confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
